At Navma Beauty, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and hassle-free. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are usually processed within 1–4 business days after confirmation of payment.
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
During high-volume periods, launches, sales, holidays, or unforeseen operational situations, dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping within India.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Navma Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order.
Navma Beauty shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments caused due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Incorrect contact information
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the order
Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications may not always be possible.
Return to Origin (RTO) & Re-shipping
If an order is returned back to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment.
If the return occurs due to an error from the courier partner, customers may be eligible for a replacement shipment or refund after verification.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment tracking updates and coordinate directly with the courier partner if required for successful delivery.
Courier companies generally attempt delivery multiple times before returning the shipment back to origin.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Operational disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances
Navma Beauty shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier partner after investigation, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
If you receive a damaged parcel or damaged products, please contact us immediately with a clear package opening video along with photos/videos showing the damaged package and product condition. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted. Please note that all replacement or refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Non-Serviceable Locations
In rare cases where a pin code is deemed non-serviceable by our courier partners, Navma Beauty reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
